QMN President Lisa Schott Featured on Real Life 101 TV Show

Lisa Schott, President and Principal Acoustical Consultant of Quietly Making Noise, LLC was recently featured on Real Life 101, a syndicated television show about interesting and unusual career choices. Acoustical consulting is certainly a unique and rewarding career, and Lisa was happy to share more information about it to the viewers who range from high school students to adults considering a career change. The show was aired nationwide, including local Orlando TV channel 27, WRDQ.

Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts – Phase 2 Groundbreaking

A groundbreaking ceremony was held on March 6, 2017 for the second phase of the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, which is scheduled to open in 2020. Quietly Making Noise, LLC is part of the acoustical design team that will ensure an outstanding acoustical environment in the third hall of this amazing facility. Having worked on the project since 2008, Lisa Schott considers this to be the project she is most proud of and is thrilled that it is local. Lisa Schott Leads ASF Strategic Planning Task Force

On May 13, 2016, Lisa Schott was named Chair of the Astronaut Scholarship Foundation’s Strategic Planning Task Force. The group included several astronauts, Astronaut Scholars, and ASF Board of Trustees members. They successfully created a three-year strategic plan for the organization that was unanimously approved by the Board of Directors today. The ASF Strategic Plan is available on-line.

13th Anniversary of Quietly Making Noise, LLC

April 2, 2015 marks the thirteenth anniversary of Quietly Making Noise, LLC (QMN). During these first 13 years of acoustical consulting, the company has completed nearly 1,000 projects across a wide range of industries. QMN is involved with solving noise issues, designing projects for excellent sound quality and premium noise isolation, and making the world a quieter place.
