The company provides acoustical consulting services and noise control solutions to a wide range of clients in residential, commercial, and industrial areas.

Ms. Schott is the Principal Acoustical Consultant and provides expertise and innovative problem solving for a wide range of acoustical issues. Services include noise assessment, design, analysis, modeling, testing, troubleshooting, expert witness services, and general acoustical consulting. She has over 34 years of experience in the energy and building construction industries. Ms. Schott has extensive experience in acoustical design of multi-family residential buildings, hospitals, hotels, retail, restaurants, office buildings, power plants, and other industrial facilities. She provides expert witness services and is responsible for developing cost-effective noise control designs. She has developed in-house proprietary noise control software and conducted research in active noise control.

In 2004, Ms. Schott successfully invented and now holds a patent for Shut-Eye™ Acoustical Shutters for windows and doors. The Shut-Eye™ design is an industry-leading solution for exterior noise such as traffic, rail lines, and aircraft. The design is ideal for hotels, condominiums, apartments, homes, offices, and military bases.
